Allure flooring.....

So I have read about 100 threads on allure and other wood flooring upgrades. Each reviews how it was installed and how it looks after. What I cannot find is information about slides and whether they will slide over the new floor and basically raise up without any issue. The current laminate the slides in the kitchen rolls right across. If I add 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch will the slide be out of adjustment?

Thanks in advance....

laminate flooring

Before I put my flooring in my travel trailer I tested a few pieces. Pulled the slide in and out several times. They ever moved and were not scratched. I bought the thinnest laminate I could find at Lowes. The hardest part of the project was cutting around all the angles and nothing in that camper was square.

Doesn't this upgrade add a lot of weight to the rv?

Somewhat. I don't think it would add a lot though.
