another vinyl post mod
since we use the "sewer solution", I won't be storing a slinky in these, ... truth is, I'm not sure just what they will be used for, we really don't need them right now, I just wanted to do the mod, ... and because they aren't made for the slinky, I also didn't want to use the 4" vinyl gutter for the drawer, ... its shape is great for a sewer hose, but it does leave a lot of unused space in the corners, ... I bought the 5" aluminum gutter and shaped it to have square corners and a better fit for the way we will be using them, ... I hung them from the frame on each side, without any holes in the frame or in the post either, ... the pic shows the hardware, ... much of which I made myself, square washers ect, to get a custom fit without any holes ...

the "sewer solution" is a sewer pump system that uses your water pressure instead an electric pump, ... a small water jet breaks up solids and pushes everything to the site drain pipe, ... works great, ... in five years and three trailers, I've never used a slinky for our sewer at a full hookup site, ...
there are several YouTube videos showing how it works .....

thank you, ... will probably paint black, white sticks out against the black trim, ... I think black would blend in as just another trailer accessory, ...

Walmart has spray paint that's designed to stick to plastic. Not real expensive, either.

Sewer Solution storage
I have the "sewer solution". I use my bumper storage for storing extra lengths of 1" pvc along with a couple of couplers, 90 & 45 deg. fittings. I actually had to use the extra lengths two weeks ago. Maybe you can use that extra space for pvc too.

you are so right, ... I also carry a couple of pieces of pvc pipe for those times when the 10' sewer solution hose just isn't quite enough, and I don't need the full length of the spare 10' hose, ... I hadn't thought of them until this morning when I was looking in the camper shell for stuff to move to the posts, ... so, yep, they've already found a new home in one of the post, ... and I'm sure DW will have no trouble filling up the other one,
