Anyone know where to get a wind screen?

Last time we were out camping, a neighbour had a dark green, 4 foot high or so, mesh fabric windscreen. Maybe about 16 feet or more long. It seemed to be staked into the ground about 4' apart and held upright with cords at an angle and pegs into the ground. Haven't seen these around.

Asked the owners and they said they are from South Africa and brought it with them when they emigrated here. They said it really helps when it is windy and you want to sit outside plus it gives a bit of privacy.

Wondering if anyone might know if they are available in the US anywhere?

I did see one of those in use a couple weeks ago at a CG.
Here is a bunch on EBay. Looks like they are designed to be attached to a fence though. A few poles, stakes and rope would make one suitable for your purpose.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about but awning drops are quite common and would serve the purpose. Also, I think that setup would be a lot easier. Here's an example.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. Twisty is on the right track. The fabric itself we saw is pretty close to the one on ebay. The setup we saw at a campground was a complete kit that had poles, cords, stakes in addition to the screen.

Not looking for a sunshade but rather something you can create a sort of yard fence/screen around your sitting area outside and get some protection from the wind. Having a dog, we are also thinking it will cut down on him getting agitated when people walk near our trailer.

We saw the screen at our new campground resort and if we see the owners again, we will try and get more info. and maybe pics if they're agreeable.
