What is mobile me? AT&T, Verizon and other carriers sell data plans for hot spot devices that they sell; I like the ones without contract. AT&T has 4G hot spots from GoPhone, which is what I am looking at.
First, you should figure out which carrier best covers the area you are or visit the most.
I am going to get (and its on its way) is a Wilson Weboost system for RV and truck while traveling that works with all carriers and all technologies.
