Bamboo sink covers

Bamboo cutting board from Walmart, cardboard template cut to fit sinks, mark template on board, cut with jigsaw, sand cut edges, mineral oil to shine and protect, & happy DW! Priceless

Very nice! A lot more durable and useful than the flimsy cover that comes with most trailers.

BOO BOO BOO on the bamboo. OK I admit I'm biased because of my side business of making and selling wooden cutting boards among other things.

I like the idea and it looks like you did a good job of fitting them to your sinks. I'm guessing that having the cutting boards handy is an added benefit.

Hilarious. I was just going to vote "no" also. But then again, I'm biased too. You must be doing something right, because the love of wood is rubbing off on me too. Must be all that sawdust in my lungs. Sure would have looked nice with a cherry & maple combination. But I agree, he did a great job and it looks fantastic.

Thanks y'all!

DW also likes the white "plastic" cutting boards I cut to fit. I am partial to the bamboo.

Again thanks for the kind words.

Good idea...I think I need to make a trip over to Walmart when I get back from camping. I like projects like this....then I need to practice cutting a straight line.
