battery cable relocation

I am replacing my useless LAB on my 2021 xlr micro bost with a new lifepo battery. the current battery is on the tongue. I want to put the new battery in the front storage compartment.
there is a battery shutoff installed in the compartment too. any ideas, examples or experience in re routing of the cables to the storage compartment?
need Ideas.

Why do you want to put it in your storage compartment? My wife has to much stuff in that compartment for us to put a battery in there. Lol

I put my batteries inside my trailer and just ran larger wires (to minimize voltage drop) to the original location and put a water proof box where the original battery box was to connect to the original house system.

I didn't want to pull the underbelly to rewire the main 12V system.

LiFePo4 don't like the cold, so if you don't have the room for or want to deal with heater blankets, etc then moving them inside the trailer is the best option. Plus they are $$$$ so inside is better

I know this is old but I wanted to see if this is a valid (workable) way to retrofit the 12v when relocating the Battery inside? I'm not real concerned about the wiring inside the unit but there are a lot of wires on the outside junction box that I don't understand. (brakes, lights etc)

I just drilled a 1 1/4 hole in the pass through floor and ran the existing wires into the compartment. was easy, close all openings and your done.

Its been working for me for a year now. Just use wire large enough to no get voltage drop when you run it from inside to the junction box in the original location.
