Leveling blocks to change tires

Others have reported that an easy, safe way to change tires is to make a ramp with leveling blocks and drive the good tire on that side onto the ramp, lifting the flat free of the ground.

How did this go from hanging towel racks etc. to changing your tire. Keep the subject matter where it belongs.

Back to putting screws into walls......

I'm an expert at drilling into (and through) outside walls! Our 2013 Windjammer 3008W had a cable connector in the bedroom, but no TV mount. Decided to put one in, so carefully bought it from our dealer and asked for screws to mount it on our specific trailer. Didn't even check things out, just drilled pilot holes and screwed in the bolts. Should have stopped when it go a little tougher, but didn't it. Holds the TV great, plus we have bonus hooks on the OUTSIDE of the back end of the trailer! Got the dealer to cut them off and seal the holes when we had it in for some other service. I'm now famous among our camping friends.

I have now gotten back to the old adage: Measure twice, cut once!

I purchased a new 2606 WS this year and it came with a towel rack and TP holder. FR did not install them nor did the dealer. I seen a few different methods of installing them on this site, pop rivets, wood screws, ect. I used E-Z Ancor Hollow Door & Drywall. No drilling required. Do not use the screws that come in the package. Purchase smaller screws in length. Never use screw bigger than an inch long as a rule of thumb. Most exterior walls are only 1 1/4, and you may damage or go though the outside wall. I purchased these E-Z anchors at Lowe's, stock number 25125. They work great and hold. Make sure the package indicates hollow door, and the key is not to over tighten them. Most hardware stores sell them and you can also buy them on line.

Since buying a new camper, I did not want to put holes in the wall so I got an over the door towel rack and used carpet tacks in top of the door to hold it in place.

We have the over-the-door rack but didn't think of attaching it on top. Good idea.
