I found these (15, 30, 60 and 150 gallon) but yours is cheaper per gallon.

Your picture shows the tank on the roof of a truck. I don't think I'd want to crush my roof that way.

This product (Ivy Bag) depicts separate input and output hoses. That sounds better but it's more expensive than either example above. Perhaps the others have the same but it's not clear.

Weíve used a similar set up in the past.
We had a spare 12v freshwater pump with a few feet of flexible water line on the intake and discharge sides. We wired a four-flat connector to it and used a 50 gallon food safe drum to transport water. We filled to rigs in one trip to the tap. It took only a few minutes each morning while staying on Assateague National Seashore.

I place the bag in the truck bed with the tailgate down. Most of the time the campgrounds have water less than a mile away in the park.
The bag works great, once empty I position the bag so it drip drys, then roll it up and store.
Before every season while at home we fill and sanitize.

I ordered a 30 gallon Aquatank2 from Amazon. Connecting it to the antifreeze port and using the diverter valve I installed between the pump output and the fresh water tank line, my water pump drains the bladder into the fresh tank without overheating. And that was with the bladder on the ground, using 40' of 1/2" hose.

I wish the Aquatank located the output port on the edge of the bladder. As is, it's on the side about 6" in from the seam. They could strengthen the construction and avoid a seam by folding the material in half and sealing it on 3 edges. The output hose could be attached on the folded edge, reducing the strain on the insertion point. It seems strong enough but some reviews complained of breakage.
