Probably because you don't have them.
I don't care how many lights they have, so long as they are properly aimed and aren't in my eyes. Seems pickup trucks are common offenders in this regard for some reason. You'd think since their headlights are usually mounted higher, they should be aimed down a few more degrees than a car, but that doesn't seem to be case for many of them.
