I changed to a Husky HB4500 and love it.

As far as a cover, I use a 20L Earth Pak dry bag that I picked up on Amazon. It's open at the bottom to prevent condensation, I can operate the jack switch with it on and it travels well due to the strap and buckle. I haven't removed it in over two years.

Got the Husky installed. I had to drill one hole to rotate it like everyone told me I would. Good product. Stronger than the stock POS for sure. It won't clear the hatch when the hitch is in a dip like I had hoped. Not the end of the world, because I can still partially open it. When the truck and trailer are level, it will clear. I ended up with this cover which is pretty nice for the price.

Thank you to everyone that provided input.

A dry bag.
BRILLIANT!

Although more $$ than other options, likely last a lot longer.
The only dry bags I have were bought on sale and are bright yellow or blue.
