Exploding sink on Salem Cruise Lite

This has now happened to us TWICE. We have a water pressure regulator but didn't help. First the little cheap plastic piece broke on the plastic faucet and it literally blew it straight up like Old Faithful (I'm joking now...but it happened at 2am when our son was thirsty and getting water.)

We bought a residential faucet and installed it. My husband also put a shark bite fitting onto the water lines. But for some reason, he only did one line (not sure why) and we paid for it this past weekend as the other line blew, water everywhere.

We have had soooo many issues with this camper...something always seems to break on every trip. Kinda wearing us out....

So the sink is not exploding you are having leak/faucet issues. look at it as a learning experience when one side of a faucet goes might be best to replace both fittings.

You do not mention the year and how many miles you travel. My experience is the more road miles = the more leaks and other issues developing. I carry spares, fittings and seals, water pump, shower mixing box (can only find this item @ RV dealers and they are impossible to glue or epoxy repair, only had 1 fail but we where 70 miles or so from the nearest dealer with one) or you can replace all with household equivalent but I think if you shook and rattled your house the way you camper does you would have failures also.
