Fishing Rod Rack in the passthrough storage

This was a pretty easy mod. I can hang a 7 foot long, 1 piece pole on this.

Nice! did you just screw right into the ceiling?

Yes, it is screwed in. However, doing my best impression of an astronaut crawling in the hatch (lol), I crawled up in there and knocked on the ceiling. I found some spots that had backing. It was either plywood or studs. After I screwed it in, I checked under the mattress (above there) and nothing protruded.
