this is the way i built my flag holders at one point i had 3 but to get the flag separation i had to go way high on the center flag so i took it off and just run 2. I also used the cheap extendable poles to start with but they didn't last long

I wanted to keep mine simple, cheap, and able to stand up to weather/time. The flags do wrap sometimes with wind shift, but as soon as it lets up they unwrap. If it is windy, I might ask the DW to help me stand it up.

Here is mine. This was pre paint. It’s since been painted gloss black. I had to do it this way due to being a hybrid and having the bed come down in the front. The flag pole itself is the same harbor freight one mentioned earlier.

Not everyone can hear the music 🇺🇸
But it is there.
I can hear it and still get the appropriate amount of goose bumps.

The one that gets me is "Taps".
That said, let me again thank everyone for posting their solutions to the flag flying question. Your help has been much appreciated. As a result of the destruction of our camping plans due to Covid-19, we have not yet implemented a solution.

I would suggest www.polesandholders.com. Bought a couple from Corky over the years, awesome customer service and they sell a multitude of mounts. Their poles may not be strong enough for two for two large flags in a decent wind though. Theirs are fiberglass, the HF unit is aluminum

I second the vote for Poles and Holders.
We’ve flown two full sized flags since 2006 on our 22’ pole. We spend two weeks on the outer banks every July.
The flags take a beating but the pole has held up well.

Camco 16’ Portable Telescoping Fiberglass Flagpole. Really like it. Met and exceeded expectations. I took the advice of other customers and used 2" PVC pipe 6' long, 2" pvc cap, 2 I-bolts, 2 small carabiners, lock tight and now I have a sick flag pole to fly my flag while rolling down the highway. I have been approached by multiple truck owners asking "how and where do I get one"?
