Hi! Have you tried JoAnne’s fabric or calico corners in Altamonte Springs? I haven’t been to calicos but called them last week about recovering our u shaped dinette. Maybe even an upholstery place can help you too.

I bought mine here and used the Lux Foam. Not sure if I used High Quality or regular.

We went to an upholstery place for our dinette and we ended up with what they use in cars. I don't know the name or value they assigned to it. It seemed SO hard in the store but feels better overall.

I went down to our local surplus store that has a foam shop - lots of choices on different types and densities of foam - we went with a high density, medium weight foam suitable for restaurant seats and commercial furniture - a little more on the pricey side, but well worth the money in my opinion. Their price even included cutting (I just gave them the sizes) which makes for much more profesisonal results opposed to trying to cut square with a retractable knife!

X2 on the foam factory. I've used them for a couple of projects.

I've bought thick egg crate topper for the bed and foam for some bar stools. Very good quality stuff. Plan on doing our cheap trailer dinette cushions at some point too.
