Hello, I am a novice regarding RVs. Giving it my best shot. I have a 2023 Tandara 286RL-OK. Purchased in September of 2023. The 5th wheel was bought sight unseen and delivered to my location in Olympia, WA. Since my initial setup the Refrigerator/Freezer has not worked when connected to shore power at the RV Park site. All voltage readings are good and have a surge protector with indicators. Had a couple of "RV Repair Mechanics" to identify the problems, no resolve. One guy tore the molding out.. he didn't repair.. other guy could not figure it out.. I decided to bring it to a Camping World for Warranty purposes.
So, the confusing thing, When I transported the Tandara 286RL-OK to the dealership and parked in the Service area i got a few things and noticed the Refrigerator/Freezer was working...🤪 Dealership is saying that the power supply cannot support the Furrion Refrigerator/Freezer. Does or has anyone ever experienced this 🤔

Thanks for sharing the video. None of the fuses were blown. It literally started working when I disconnected from shore power. After driving for 30 minutes it started working. I don't know if the dealership reconnected back to shore power to test for operation. I was thinking that I must have missed a step with the power.

Check this TSB. The applicability shows as affecting a lot of RVs including the 2022 Tandara but not the 2023. That does not mean yours also is not affected: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...42572-0001.pdf

According to a Furrion TSB "TB-220919": Irregular cooling performance has been reported on the identified refrigerators. The refrigerator compressor has been found to stop working and requires a hard reset by disconnecting power to reset cooling operation. On occasion, disconnecting power does not reset operation and the refrigerator requires service replacement of the control boards.

Your transporting the RV to the dealership may have reset it?

Is yours one of the listed models? There's usually a placard inside the fridge or maybe the manual you got shows the model number.
