Heng roof vents and MaxxAir II covers

Can anyone lend some insight on the use of MaxxAir II covers and the newer style vents used on the FR products? We just took delivery of the Surveyor in my signature and I'd like to leave the bathroom vent open in between trips to things fresh.
I'm also considering the Vortex upgrade in there as well.Click image for larger version

I did the Vortex upgrade and it's well worth the money, awesome ventilation. I have the Camping World equivalent to the MaxxAir and leave my bath vent open most of the time without issues. Installation for both was extremely easy.

I installed the Max Air 2 recently. very happy with it and should have installed one years ago. no worries about rain coming through when the vent is open. relatively easy install. vent cover doesn't open as far with one of these on but fantastic fan still works as good.

I put the fantastic fan cover on so the lid can be put up higher and it's always open

MaxAir II on all our vents (3) with (Fantastic Fans) also! Even with the (Vent LIDS) not being able to (Fully Open) it is STILL like a (Wind Tunnel) inside the unit with the fans On! We don't care if the Lid is ONLY 3/4 Open! Youroo!!
