I hate the standard lights!

OK, hate may be a little strong. I would like to replace the standard camper dome light. Do people replace them with something a little more stylish? By that I mean a lot more stylish.

I was thinking about can lights but I don't think one light would be enough but and if I install two there would be a hole where the old one was mounted. Any suggestions?

Whatever you pick it will have to be a 12V DC light fixture. There are lots of threads about replacing incandescent bulbs with LEDs but not many about replacing the fixture. Good luck with your search.

I don't like the original lights either. We found one fixture at an RV surplus for $10 and replaced the one under the cabinets by the dinette.
