Wonderful job! You could probably sell that as a kit. But that might make a Hobby into real Work, and who wants that.

For remote locations I have had good success with portable solar showers. They are cheap and easily portable to a place like a stand of trees for some privacy even if there are people around. Fill em up, keep em in the sun and take a shower in the late afternoon. they are a pleasant surprise even in cool weather.
I had one of those before the RV, they work well if you have a sunny day. I have a 3g one that is plenty for both of us to shower.

Old toy hauler shower replacement

Wow nice job! I am down in desert of Arizona and itís 107
My ďoldĒ outside QUOTE]e shower just ruptured in the heat . I am doing the same on my property. Yes if some one is watching they are deep in my space . I do have a fence sound it .
So with my 2003 sierra toy hauler Iíll have to trace lines back and find out how it was plumbed. The shower fixture is gone it was plastic but worked .. I would like to get or make a metal replacement fixture . If anyone knows how forest river plumbing is done please give me your experience. Iím looking for ideas. This was a great start! Many thanks for sharing and great pics too.

In my limited experience, the outside shower can be back-to-back with the bathroom vanity. If you open the vanity doors (and maybe remove a false panel, you have complete access to the plumbing.

Yep, navy showers. We are pretty good not wasting water in shower, we have a septic system at home, we are both accustomed to using soap-up valve to minimize water use. When I need a soak, that's what the hot tub is for!

edit: I just looked at the solar shower bag, it's 5g. So 5g for the two of us, not 3g.

Old toy hauler shower

Thanks for the reply and good advice! I was thinking that it would probably be that way .
Iím the second owner and I see that the previous owners were having problems with the plumbing and I see they have Re plumbed some of the fixtures. I was hoping to get to it through the side storage bin as itís close like right on top of the storage bin.
Many thanks again for your reply!

Shower natural, after all it is private property. I grew up in nudist camps, great life. Un abashed modesty.
Great job fabricating brackets.

Would have been so much easier to just add an outdoor shower to your bathroom vanity and cut a hole in the side. Just like other trailers are done.

Wow-why not. That's thinking outside the box. Very nice fabrication for an added outside shower.
