Question JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer system

After doing a search and reading all about the JT stabilizer Strong Arms system, I have a couple questions. I have the 4 power stabilizer jacks on my TT. Do I install the 4 in front, and 2 on rear? If yes, how do they go on there? I saw that I may need the Lippert 314597 JT's Strong Arm Stabilizer Electric Jack Adaptor Kit, but how many of these do I need? The front's would attach at 2 different spots correct? Some state you need 2, and some say 3. If they are the power ones that come stock on my Rockwood TT, what exactly do i need? Any help is appreciated, especially from those that have this type of set up. My TT is on order, so i am looking at getting all the stuff I need prior to it getting here, and then slap it all on hopefully on a weekend.

If there is any possibility, have them installed at the factory during the build.
I could have done so with my Flagstaff but didn't know about it until after delivery.

Failing that, I suggest you call the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer system people and ask them.

Thanks. I e-mailed the sales contact at FR that has been helping me to ask him. If they can't do it, I will definitely call Lippert and see what they suggest.

Super fast answer from FR. They do not install them as they are an aftermarket kit, but they are HIGHLY suggested even by them. Not necessarily that brand, but definitely a stabilizer or swayer kit. I contacted Lippert, and with the power stabilizers, you need to order 2 of the power kits. that will make it all work together. can't wait to get tit all done now.

Only question now is, do i attach all 4 to front as suggested? Not sure how that works with the kit?

Most of the TT kits I've seen have six.

Four for front, two for rear.

I know our units are not the same... but here's a pic of how 2 braces hook to each front jack foot on my 5th wheel.

I am thinking I may only be able to mount 2 in front and 2 in rear, due to the power stabilizers. mine look like the ones in pics below. I am wondering if they sell a cheaper kit then, since i don't need all 6 pieces? I will have to contact them for sure to find out. Just was wondering if anyone else on here had a similar set up?

Do a search on YouTube for JT Strong Arm installation or SteadyFast installation.
TONS of good watching on those two and many others.

Here is one such video.
The installation is on a 5th wheel frame but towards the end it explains installation to rear power stabilizers. (such as those on 4 corners of a TT)

Yes. They sell a travel trailer kit with just 4 arms.
As you found out... with the power stabilizers you will need two power stab kits as well.

Buy from AMAZON.

So the only kit I have found is with all 6, for scissor jack style, and then adding the extra 2 kits for the electric stabilizers. That means I will have 2 extra stabilizer bars that i can not use. Just seems kinda dumb that they don't make a complete kit if those TTs that come with electric stabilizers built in.

I made homemade stabilizers, but mounted them forward to stop front to back motion. The stab jacks do not need side to side stabilizing due to their design IMO. I also reinforced the legs of the stab jacks.

Did you miss my post # 12 right before you asked this question?

I provided a link to the 4 arm kit.

The two additional power stab kits I referred to are the brackets for the feet but I thought you realized that?

That is the 6 POST kit, plus still need to buy two adapter kits. Was hoping they made a complete 4 POST kit for the electric jacks.

My apologies, you are correct.
I had bookmarked that as a 4 arm TT kit and didn't check.

I don't believe they make a COMPLETE kit for the electric jacks on TTs.
You'll need the electric jack adapters regardless.

I have seen the TT Strong Arm kits as low a $199.00.
