Large drawer open going down the road.

Here is a sure fix for drawers opening while going down the road to your next camp site. Especially if you have a lot of weight in the drawers. Use children proof locks will prevent the drawer from opening. We actually had damage to the track and ripped the screws out of the wood. Install these latches will prevent this from happening. May save you headaches down the road. Large drawer use two latches. Standard drawer only one is needed. I purchased them at wally world. One kit will do you whole RV. Hope someone could use this idea. Happy trails.

Had this problem the first camping trip with my camper. The drawer under the cooktop came open and the slides broke due to the bounce of the trailer. Didn't much in the drawer except some pots and pans. The original slides were rated for 25 lbs., fully extended, replaced them with heavier slides and replaced the spring latches.
