My Wife couldn't reach the one in the bath and the one over the bed was difficult in a different way.
We had a fantastic fan in our Class B and when we got the TT, knew we would upgrade from tiny, noisy, ineffective fan in the bath.
Went with a pair of Maxair deluxe, with the remote. No step ladders involved, or other contortions and no worries about them being open in the rain.
By the time you buy a cheaper fan and a rain cover, you're probably not that far in cost from a Mazair deluxe.

I have these over my vents.
https://www.amazon.com/Maxxair-503-1...s%2C167&sr=8-5
allows me to have them open in weather.

I’m going to show my wife all the alternatives and let her decide. We’ve already spent a butt load of money after we got this thing less than a month ago. I still have things I want and even a couple I need.

Little 4” fan replacement

For the Hengs fan, your remove the factory screen, remove the factory fan motor and install the Hengs fan. Very easy. I did have to trim about 3/4” off the factory bezel and quite frankly that was the most timely part of the install.

It's easier to install the Hengs fan. You don't have to remove and install from on the roof. Then, just install the Maxxair fan cover. This way, you don't have to remove the caulking and reseal it.

Just to clarify for the OP who questioned this... to install the Hengs FAN you do not need to get on the roof. The fan assembly installs from inside. A slight modification of the trim bezel may be required.
To install the Maxxair COVER you DO need to get on the roof. It installs over the existing vent cover (no you do not remove the original vent lid or housing) with brackets that screw to the existing vent's metal housing and then the cover bolts to that. The existing vent lid opens inside the Maxxair cover for weather protection.

Okay. I was going to go with the Hengs fan, but I think I’m going with this one. It’s a little bigger, and the blades are translucent.

Exactly this. Hengs and cover. Figure out which fan is in there and get the cover for that fan. The uv on the fan covers is brutal and the covers on the factory default fan is know to crack or open and then youll be addressing more issues possibly.

Looks great! I would still recommend a cover. It may prevent it from opening as wide but added longetivity.

I just installed the fan in the picture. It’s the rvlovent fan. I’ll probably put a cover over the top in the spring.

Sounds pretty good. Not too much louder and moves way more air.

Luckily it came with screws, because the factory fan was just sitting up there with no screws. [emoji23]

My only wish was that the wires were in a better location or came out on the same side as factory because you can see them. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice.
