Lowes truck box mod for batterys and stuff

Looking to do an upgrade to the battery system and more than likely will go with 6v's for dry camping. Looking at some mounting options and ran across this on another forum. Looks promising. Anyone ever do this?

I used the slightly longer Lowes box and did the exact same thing. I supported the entire box on two pieces of 1" Unistrut (also from Lowes), which gave me the clearance that I needed to overhang the WDH brackets without interference. Gave me room for a a pair of batteries, and a bunch of additional stuff.....

Just scanned through my photos, and I don't.... I wont be uncovering and pulling the TT out of it's storage location until March or April, so if you are in a hurry, I'm no help, but if it's a Spring project and you can wait, I'll get some photos after Ol' Man Winter is gone!

That's why one of the first things that I'm going to do is to put two or three Optima Batteries in place of the stock battery. No vent required, AND no battery level to monitor.
