-makeshift sink/hand washing station in bathroom?

Hi..
Has anyone with a 16BHS Wolf Pup (or other TT that does not have a hand washing sink in the bathroom) made a make-shift hand washing station that is hands-free in the bathroom? The tub/shower area would be a place to put something like this but I cannot seem to find anything that may work? I would like it to be like a regular faucet so the kids could easily turn it on and off after using the toilet. The water could drain in the tub but I'm just not sure what route to take? Any ideas or photos would be appreciated! I know there is a sink in the kitchen, but when there are dishes or food prep in the kitchen area, I would like to eliminate the need to use that sink after using the bathroom!
Thanks!

Our last TT had a small bathroom with no sink so what I came up with was putting a tub faucet in my shower with a diverter on it so you could wash your hands

You might consider something like this with a paper towel holder mounted above. It could be filled with waterless sanitizer.
