making dinette seating comfy

For those who have a dinette (or seating) that is simply foam on plywood; this mod would be wonderful. Upgrading foam by itself won't be enough ... been there; done that.

If I seen / thought of this when I had the Trailmanor, I might have kept it... que sera sera.

This one picture might be all you need.

Very nice but it appears that you lose access from the top. I may be missing something, though.

I think there is a frame on top, thats hinged or lift off. With all that stuff in that compartment access would be mandatory

I only saw this... I'm sure you can buy them from an upholstery shop. or, like Bob suggested from an old couch

Interesting. I have a sofa that I actually had inner springs in the seat cushions. they stay firm forever.we also have an old boat that we're getting rid if by donation, too much work and $$ to fix motor etc. . But it has hardly used custom-made cushions in really good shape. So I'm going to cut them down and I sew. So will recover them. Oh the new wolf pup has okay cushions just very thin and vinyl you feel the wood right through them. Compared to the forest river fifth wheel we got rid of the quality of the products like cushions and mattress us not there other than that though wolf pup is a very nice trailer .
