Modify Propane/Battery Platform

Flagstaff 21DS, 2018.
Has anyone modified or replaced the Propane/Battery tray and mount. To allow the mounting of a Generator? The generator I want to add is the Champion 3100, Duel Fuel, Electric Start with Remote Start. Also want to install weather/security cover.

I've never seen anyone move their propane tanks but I have seen several generators mounted on one of these.

Keep in mind that this will add additional tongue weight which will be added to the TV. Could lead to the WDH needing to be adjusted.
