Nice!! I hang my connector plug off one off the chain brackets, along w/ the trailer ebrake cable, but now that I've seen this I think I'll go and move it to the side. Glad I didn't throw it away!

I dont want to hang the plug upright, might get water and junk in it. I dangle it downward. Usually to the right.

That's what I was doing too. But the connector design should protect it, so I'm going to give this a try. I decided to use zip ties to reattach it:

Wow, that would work just fine.
Hmm, I think I tossed mine. Oh well.

Thanks.
Not sure I'll spend the $10 plus shipping.

How did you attach the right side of the shelf or does it span the whole length of the cabinet?

I made a divider to separate that first cabinet from the rest, and attached the shelf to the divider. Everything is attached with glue plus a few 1" staples (I have an air compressor driven staple gun...super handy for working tight spots like that)
I'll have to take a better picture when I get home later this week.

Few more pictures of that shelf to show the divider. I used 1" x 1" x ~6" strips of wood as anchor points for the divider and also the shelf itself. Those are fastened using glue + 1" staples (set to penetrate an additional 1/4", which was just enough to avoid going through the thin birch plywood, and also why I also used the glue)

Hey Greg,
Sorry for the extremely delayed response. here are some pics of the drain extender. I used threaded PVC pipe and a simple PVC ball valve. Went on real easy. I planned to paint it all flat black to make it disappear under the camper. But, it hasn't caught my eye since I installed it. So, I guess the paint isn't that necessary after all.
Spring is here and the mod bug has me. Time to go play!!!

Thanks for the pics! I will be showing this to DH tonight. 😀I'm curious, did you add shelves to the closet across from the bathroom? If so, how did you do them?
Thanks!

Glad to help! Do you mean the wardrobe closet?
I used wire shelving from Lowes for that closet:

I noticed you have the same rubber lugnut covers on your rims...anybody know an easy way to remove the covers? I really tore the heck out of them trying to pry them off to check my lugnut torque yesterday...

Tom,
Ikea has some very nice black plastic but strong right angle brackets that would do well for the table stays and look very nice. I have used them for shelves (as they were intended) and found them very strong. Keep up the good work.
Someone should invent a saying that says that when you stop modifying you are dead!
Ron (who's hoping to buy his first travel trailer next year).

Curtain rod for privacy
We wanted a bit more privacy up front so we repurposed / modified an expandable curtain rod so we can hang curtains across the front of the Roo
I used 1 1/2" PVC to overlap the curtain road enough to extend it the extra ~3' I needed to reach across the full camper width. I used a pair of small hose clamps as a stopping point (covered in some tape so I didn't have to look at them), and I moved the existing suction cup off to the end of the PVC. I happened to have some spray paint that matched pretty well too.
Works as intended, and can be taken down quickly and stored in the front bunk for travel.
