Need a good seat for my injured wife

My wife suffered an injury and has recovered but is afraid of getting injured again from riding the MH (2018 FR3 30DS). I started looking at "air ride" seats and am baffled by the choices and by which models I can, and cannot, fit into the MH. It looks simple enough, a few bolts and the right baseplate, but I know there is more to it, including running power.

I would appreciate any input you might have, our requirements are:
* power adjustments, including recline and foot rest
* heat (and cooling would be nice)
* LOTS of shock absorb

My searches have found lots of trucker and tractor seats, but I have found nothing that indicates those would fit in an FR3.

At one time I was thinking of adding an air ride seat to the passenger seat in my truck because the DW complained so much about the ride, especially when empty. I didn't want to lose my leather, power and heated and cooled seat. I found an air ride base that would bolt under the existing seat but it would have raised it up just a touch too much. I'm very sorry I don't have the link or info to that seat base but I will try to find it.
