Outdoor Kitchen

Has anyone ever renovated their outdoor kitchen? We just bought a 2013 Forest River RV Wildcat 337FB and I am not liking how they store the stove in the kitchen. We loved our outdoor kitchen in our previous Surveyor select, but the way they store it in the Wildcat is really weird. Does anyone have any ideas on how you can change it? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure exactly how yours is but I have a new 2507 mini and I plan on relocating my stove so that it will open up past the sink. Now I have to reach over the stove too much to get at it. I will post some pics when I get back home. We have been on the road with it for a couple weeks.
