Propane hook up for outside grill

Our 08 Flagstaff had a very convenient hatch on the side where the hose & shut off was located. Just open the hatch, pull the hose/shut off/connection out and go. Our new 12 Flagstaff had it mounted under the side right at the frame rail which required this old man to get on my hands and knees to remove the plug and hook up the hose and turn the gas on. Too much for an old foggy like me, so yesterday I used an 8" x 1/2" pipe nipple and coupler and moved it out approx 9" which makes it a lot handier for an old man.
