Repainting the inside of a Cedar Creek Cottage

We have a 2 year old cottage that we use on the coast of Florida. My wife is in the process of painting the inside with Florida colors. At the same time we are replacing all day/night shades with bamboo blinds. 3 years ago she repainted the inside of a 1 year old Big Horn 5th wheeler and then we traded it in for this destination trailer. She is using Valspar paint/primer from Lowes. On the 5er she used a Behr product from home depot. In both cases the paint covered in a single coat and looked great but then I didn't mind the ELKHART styling. She does. So I go along because a happy wife makes a happy life or so they say.
