Rock guard insallation

We have an FR3 25DS and I ordered a Rock Solid tow guard from Smart solutions. It came with VERY basic instructions. Just a diagram of how to mount the guard to the support bar but nothing about mounting it to the bumper.

Anybody ever do this upgrade that could give some insight?

Thanks in advance.

I mounted mine to EMT tubing then attached eyebolts to the EMT and to the rear skids. I then used heavy caribiners that have a screw catch to attach the eyebolts together. You want the bottom on the rockguard to be around 4" off the ground and you want the rockguard to swing freely so that it will not get hung up. Good luck, keep in mind that your undercarriahe layout may be different and you will need to adjust accordingly.
