Satellite antenna wire

We currently have XM antenna wire affixed to the hood with magnetized antenna. I want to move it to roof without cutting hole in roof. Any suggestions?

Can you run the XM cable through the same hole used for the TV antenna? The one in my TT is a separate hole but it's very well sealed by the factory.

I ran mine down the fridge vent and attached a marine grade xm antenna right to the top of the rain cover.
