Shocks for Clipper 17fq

Thinking about upgrading my axle suspension. Took a hard hit on Rt 89 on the way to Grand Canyon and put a dent in the main I beam flange. Maybe hop up to 2k-2.5k leafs and over axle with shocks. Anyone do this model yet how did it go? What parts did you use (springs and shocks)? It’s a single axle 3500# I wasn’t overloads just a bad road (89) South from Page AZ. Appreciate the insight and help. On a side note I can see gabbing the top shock mount, it’s the axle mount I need info about.
