After having this shower head for 8 months, the valve
started falling apart. I contacted Oxygenics and even though
there is a lifetime warranty, there is a shipping and
handling charge after 30 days. I was told the highest seen
was $15.09 but it depended on location. I'll put my old head
back in for now and try to find a better quality one later.
