Do you have an access panel at the base of the pan? If so then long wand and magic expanding foam stuff. If no access panel you up to cutting a hole and then insert the magic wand and inject a good dose of expanding foam. If not then going to need to pull the pan which means pulling the shower walls, which means pulling the shower facet?
Good luck.

Oh, wait, another thought pull down the underbelly cover and see if they have cut a huge hole in the flooring for the drain pipe and again back to the wand and foam.

Use the foam sealant in a can which is found in most big box stores. There are at least two types. I suggest do not use the expanding type. Just fill the void under the pan. Likely take 2 or 3 cans depending on the size of the void. Take care to not let it flow out the drain line hole.

We used this approach with our residential fiberglass shower. Worked great.

If you mean it flexes down when standing in it, some folks have used wood supports cut to size.

I used insulation I had left over from other projects. Still good two years later.

I used 2X6 sections trimmed to the height needed. Insert them through the opening in the front of the floor pan.

I would think so. Believe mine are about four or five inches square so that reduces the pounds per square inch. Easy to maneuver into place and then tape down. Just so happened four high was a snug fit for me. Could always fill in a gap with thin plywood, masonite, etc.

No reason you could not put a couple of stacks in spread out since they are light(my reason to not use wood). With mine in the center I do not really feel any give in the area between the sides and the center.

I believe those were cut from the 2'x2'x1" boards most home supply stores sell. I still have a few pieces of other thickness behind my recliners waiting for use on other things. Left over from insulating my pass thru. Some pieces just made a good spacer for my new batteries when I moved them inside.

I've reinforced every shower pan in 4 RVs. I used 2x4s cut to the proper height and spaced them out under the pan. It's hard to reach in through the small access panel but I was able to get them in and used either screws or glue to hold them in place.

It's especially important to add support around the drain pipe to prevent flexing/breaking and leakage.

I will have to check out what the height is from the floor to the pan. Thanks everyone for your input.
