Slide out generator modification

Heard a couple os stories about slide out generators becoming a loose cannon and sliding out when the coach hit the brakes, including one story about it coming totally off and sliding down ate road at a red light. Not sure how true the stories are BUT the more I thought about it, and then looked at what was actually holding the whole contraption in place just gave me the willies.

So today I added two hold tie downs like on Jeep hoods. Not sure how much they will do, but it is better than nothing. Maybe just keeping some of the load off the factory latch is good.
