Slide outside trim reinforcement

Talked to a couple that had pulled their Flagstaff from CA to PA and the only problem they had was the outside trim panel had vibrated enough to tear the sheet metal. I looked at the tear and decided I would try to prevent that happening to ours, so I fabricated these alum. reinforcements.

This seems to be a well-known problem, and I have even seen new campers on the dealer's lot with broken rivets or trim falling off. Why the factory hasn't clued in and fixed the issue is a mystery.
That is one of the first things I reinforced on our new fifth, as it was obvious it wouldn't last.
dunnnc, your mod looks pretty solid, you could probably sell a few sets right here! Are they tig welded?

Guesstimate around $100/pr and I'll pay shipping. They do require drilling for 3/16" rivets on the outside and drilling for screws on the sides to match existing screws.

If anyone wants a set, pm me. I will have to remove them from my camper and make patterns. Would be able to UPS them 30Apr.
