Thanks. Did you build yours or did you buy it off the rack?

Lol!!

The water pump makes noise through vibration. Vibrates the floor or wall it is attached to, the hoses and wires that hook up to it. There is no eliminating it, but by adding a layer of padding between the pump and floor, I hope to minimize the noise. Especially since it is located beneath a bunk.

No point to this really, but I like neat over sloppy. It only cost about $3.50, and very little time. Click image for larger version

With all three previous rvs, I've had to drill drain holes in the battery box. This time, I routed wires through one set of holes.

Not being a fan of loose wires, I wrapped in a wire loom and black tape. Minor re-routing was required as well.

We have a Reese Elite 18K hitch. When the hitch is engaged a little silver "tab/flag" pops out. I painted that tab green with nail polish. Sound silly? Not really, bet DH will see the tab/flag next time he hitches up. !

Just a thought the box is designed to hold acid incase of battery failure. I would install a bulkhead fitting with a valve so I could drain water and still have acid containment.

Kind of a mess between the rear of my camper and the garage door, but you can see how I added my blue tote. It's attached to one half of a bumper bicycle carrier --cut down slightly. Multiple bungees hold it well in place.
