Soft floor inside entry door / Frustrated with coachmen

I own a 2016 320BHDSLE that we purchased new in April 2016. I’m very frustrated with the way coachman has weather proofed the underbelly of my camper mainly in the wheel wells. After two year of dealing with an unknow water leak on my mai. Slide out when driving in the rain, I came to find out that coachman had issued a fix for the problem and I had to do the work to install a L-Shaped seal to the bottom of my main and bunkhouse slide to keep water from infiltrating my camper due to a design defect in how the sealed the slides. This morning as I’m prepping my camper for my next adventure, I feel that the floor is soft right inside the entry door and above the passenger side wheel well. Upon inspection I find the mesh weather proofing cut roughly at the edges leaving the main floor open to the elements such as road spray when I’m driving. From underneath you can feel it’s soft and spongy and it feels soft to stand in from above. I’m attaching a photo for you guys to see. Any thoughts on how to remedy the issue? I’m beyond frustrated at this point and the no way to fix the damage that’s already been done by poor build quality and lack of sealing the underbelly from the elements.

Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Not sure how to help you there. Sounds like the same problem I had on my 07 Cherokee. they have the slideout right above the wheels with the seal right there. Well towing in the rain was like a pressure washer in the seal. I found the carpet soaked, fortunately it was the first time towing in the rain and it was still new. So made a shield out of galvanized metal and it shielded the seal from water. Never had any sign of water intrusion or damage. Owned it for 13 years after that. Good luck with finding a fix.
Have you called FR to see if they will help, you out?
