Storage Mod options for underneath the TT

I am trying to look into some storage options for under neath the trailer. I would like to stow chairs and other small items. i have been storing everything in the trailer bedroom and i have to move thing inside and out. This gets the trailer dirty and things bounce around and scratch the inside of the trailer.

Let me know if you have any Mods or thoughts.

I'm not sure how much clearance you have under your Rockwood but I built a slide drawer for our Grand Surveyor.

It sure makes storing stuff in there easier. You could adapt the design to a shallow drawer mounted under you RV.

Nice looking job. We have 3 daughters and clothing/shoes etc space is always an issue. We purchased two sets of the Rubbermaid drawers stackables and placed them in our front cargo bays on each side. They just load them up and bring out the drawers and slide them in.

I didn't really use plans but I could certainly make a set. We're on the other side of the state. North of Mobile. Next time we're camping over your way I'll let you know and you're welcome to come see it. We go over to Lake Eufaula, White Oak Creek Park, quite often and it probably won't be long before we're back that way. If you happen to be over this way sometime maybe we could have a campout together.

Feel free to PM me.

You can see more pics of the drawer here. Slide Drawer

Slide Drawer Plans.

I know this thread is old but I've had requests for plans for the drawer so I made a drawing and have attached it here as a pdf file.

I can provide the AutoCAD drawing to anyone that's interested.

I was thinking of doing exactly what BamaRambler did. Split the space in two and have two boxes that slide out, one for each side of the TT. I was also thinking if putting a leg on the end of the box that could be folded up and under the box as It's slid back into the compartment.
