take out dinette

I have a freedom express 246rks and was wondering about taking out one side of dinette (next to door)and the table and replacing with a recliner. There are no slides and i will leave the other bench since it has the heater under it. Has anyone done this and if so would like to see pics of it finished. The dinette is useless for us and uncomfortable. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to info.

just remember that for resale value, the dinette should be replaced.
majority of buyers will want the dinette.

I was just wondering what type of flooring is under the bench that you are planning on removing. If it is one continuous piece of flooring like some RV have then it won't be too much of a problem. If the flooring is cut out under the bench you may be looking at a more costly remodel.
