Vinyl plank flooring in bathroom

Hey guys, I've had plenty of experience with plank flooring in homes but not so much travel trailers. Would the process be the same for around the toilet? Meaning would I pick up the toilet, then set it back down on top of the new floor? If so what modifications would I have to make to the drain to it doesnt leak with the extra (1/4"?) gap? TIA!

I've installed vinyl plank flooring. It's much less than 1/4". I would remove the toilet to see if there's enough give in the plumbing for it to be able to mate up with the toilet flange. If not, make up a rubber gasket same thickness as the flooring to fill the gap. You could add some marine 4200 to help make the seal, if necessary.
