What are these called?
... the loops, preferably plastic, that you can run rope/bungee through to secure things? See image.

Anyone have a source online?

Look up "shelving brackets" on Home Depot (or others),
also look up "wire clips"

you'll find an assortment of styles and mounting options.

I bought metal versions, and theyre called rope loops. Bought them at HD.

They are called padeyes in marine terms. Lots to choose from.
