New FR Trailer from C-World
I picked up my new FR trailer at that new C-World place in Ohio. They financed it for 240 months at 0% interest and no money down. I got it for 35% off MSRP. They were great to deal with and even threw in a lifetime warranty. We took over 6 hours to do a PDI, as they hired a chef to come in and make dinner in the trailer to prove that everything works. A crew then cleaned up the mess and stocked the fridge with leftovers. I love this new trailer and my new dealer. I am sure they will be there should I ever have a problem.

I got mail out of the box yesterday and in it was a letter from Forest River. They said they are extending the warranty on my 2015 Hemisphere for another two years. They said they decided to give five year warranties to ALL who purchased their RVs in 2015! I am soooo happy! Also in the mail was a note from Bob at Forest River Owner’s Group. Bob stated that they are paying 100% of the camping fees at ALL rallies this year, including Goshen! If you haven’t signed up yet, better get a move on. I bet all the spots are taken by tomorrow!

Class Action Lawsuit
To all who are enraged by this:
Please consider joining the class action lawsuit that my legal group has filed against Forest River, Inc. We initiated the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court and were immediately granted class action status.
We then filed a Cease and Desist order against ALL Forest River subsidiaries enjoining them from producing any further units with defective workmanship. FR immediately appealed this, stating that defective workmanship is part of their normal practice and an industry standard. This appeal will be heard tomorrow by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
If you wish to join this class action suit, and be reimbursed for any monies spent repairing items attributed to defective workmanship, please consider joining this suit. Obviously, any damage you have caused is not reimburseable.
