Makes me wonder how many shares of FR stock this guy owns, or his permanent covered site is at the factory.

Well, I did have a problem with one stabilizer jack, but I'm the one that snagged it in the grass of my yard going downhill in a turn. But I've replaced it with new.
Other than that, I've never had any problem with my Coachmen Catalina. When not out camping, it is plugged into a 30 amp outlet next to the house. I'm in it every day, so even at home I guess I'm camping. Have food and drinks for lunch in the fridge and running water. I don't shower in the camper at home, so don't run the water heater, but pretty much everything else gets used.
Maybe that's why nothing has broken.

Oops, I lied - just remembered I did have to replace the top half of my 15k A/C about a month after the warranty expired.

I've only had a piece of wall trim get loose on me but I blame the fact that my camper gets tossed pretty good when towing it to boondock areas on bumpy dirt roads.

Only issue I've had in my 10 year FR 5th wheel is the ignitor not working 100% of time on my hot water heater. Can't blame FR for that.

I"m 100% satisfied with my FR product but I do think that new ones aren't built as well as the older ones.

We have owned 2 different forest river products, and have not had issues with either besides routine, basic maintenance. our first camper was a 2009 Flagstaff 625D that we owned for 2.5 years and just traded in this year. only replaced the house battery and tires as they were original from 2009. greased the axles, cleaned everything, upgraded as we saw fit with new LED lights.

When we picked up our new camper, we did not have a hit list of things that needed to be fixed. everything was working as intended and has held together. again, just the upgrades that we wanted to make ourselves or things we damaged ourselves. im sure things will come up, but if properly cared for and inspected, we wont have these major issues that others do.

we were so satisfied with our used camper, we ONLY looked at FR products when upgrading to our hard side. 100% satisfied with both rigs. better built than most we looked at.

We are on our third FR product and have only had a couple very minor issues. No slide problems, no stabilizer problems, no brake or tire issues. I do keep up with maintenance and I think that lack of maintenance contributes to alot of the issues

I have a 2017 Forester River Forester and have had a couple huge problems, and happy to say that the dealer and factory warranty dept. came through for me.

First, the bed slide failed three times. Motor burned up. Repaired. Happened again. Then complete failure. Dealer tech discovered that the slide was ¾ inch out of level and it was binding. Warranty replaced entire slide mechanical equipment, and the slide was removed and all hardware replaced.

On our cross country trip this past April-June, we were driving on the interstate at 60 mph, six days into our trip, when we heard a loud commotion underneath our Motorhome. Discovered that the front passenger side leveler had fallen off. The hydraulic lines were severed, spraying fluid all over my Jeep toad and the rear of the MH. It struck the battery compartment and split one battery open, struck the tail pipe causing a four inch slash, and took out the rear leveler hydraulic lines. I stopped in town and taped up the lines, found some exhaust tape and temporarily repaired the tail pipe, and purchased a new battery. I called FR and even though the Motorhome was out of warranty, they said they would make all necessary repairs, and they did (still waiting for reimbursement for battery and tail pipe repair, but it has only been a couple weeks since I sent them in). Dealer tech said that the leveler was not properly welded.

I have also had the kitchen faucet replaced twice, and have had to replace several drawer latches and one drawer slide. I have made a few other minor repairs and have had other warranty work done. Yes, I’ve had problems, but the dealer and factory warranty specialist have been good to work with, and the dealer worked with my extensive traveling schedule. I feel like we are finally in good shape.
