A guy was traveling along a road in the South when he passed a huge sign saying "Mobile Home Estates". As he approached he noticed that the homes looked just like regular single story homes. He saw an old man walking out to the mailboxes so he pulled over and asked him "What makes these homes Mobile?"
With out missing a beat the old man responded "Tornado's".
