Maybe if you referred to me as Bobby Walton instead of Bobby Boucher, it would get their attention.
And just for my records...when you do go there to complain...is it about any of their products or services? Asking for a friend, cause I know this certain tire shop that gets complaints about stuff they never did.

OK, I reckon I have jinxed myself now. Had a lady call on the phone wanting to know if her Dodge Caravan was ready. I told her I didn't have any customers with Caravans here. She then tells me she dropped it off. I tell her I don't have any vehicles dropped off.
I then ask her who does she think she called. She says Wal-Mart.
I tell her "No Maam, this is (insert my business name here, which is also how I answered the phone).
She now asks if I am sure I'm not Wal-Mart.
I inform her I am absolutely sure I'm not Wal-Mart.
She now laughs kinda, and says she "will take my word for it, but she better not find out I'm lying". She then hangs up.

This isn't a customer story but just a humorous happening. I texted a friend of mine, who we share the expenses each year of renting "A Christmas Story" at the movie theater and take our friends and family to.
I was telling him that this Sunday, the local theater is re-showing "Smokey and the Bandit" for it's 45th anniversary.
He texted back that he heard they changed the story line to pick up baby formula instead of beer.
It's got me rewording the Jerry Reed song lyrics in my head now.

That would be funny, but their TLE manager and I are friends. He sends me business, when it's something they can't do due to their policies. No need to make his life too much harder.
