new restaurant

Since my leg amputation last month, I think I may qualify to go to that new amputee restaurant-IHOP.
(you have to have a sense of humor to make it through this)

That is what my brother I Lean used to say. He couldn't fix it so he took it in stride. Take care and best wishes for healing soon and getting up and around.

As a kid, one of my favorite cowboys was Hop-A-Long Cassidy.

richard,
You may have lost your leg but not your sense of humor. So many others can learn from your positive attitude and outlook.

If you were a lady you could be called Eileen!

Keep the positive attitude going! Those of us with less serious stuff on our plates need a reminder sometimes.
I often repeat - LIG - LITS
Life is good - Life is too short!

Sounds like you well on way to recovery making the I Hop joke. Its great when someone can recover that way and make a jab at them self no doubt you will be hopping all across many camp grounds and enjoying yourself. Hope to meet you some day.

Richard, I love your sense of humor. If I had to go through something like that, I think I would take the same path as you. Thanks for the laugh today, we need more of that.

We share the same name, so that's sorta cool too.

I have to have a good sense of humor about this, otherwise I would spend all my time in a dark corner crying. I just thought of an advantage I have now, a pair of socks will last me twice as long.
