Agree 100%.

Don't understand the people that drive in the left lane and refuse to move when a faster vehicle comes up from behind. Always have to pass them in the right lane.

Heck, if I am in the left lane passing someone and a faster car comes up, I speed up to complete my pass so the faster guy can get past me.

Florida is really bad with that. I used to call them lane monitors.

We have a lot of Prius drivers that like to go under the speed limit in the left lane we call them road boulders

Yeah this frosts me too
Unless we are passing a slow truck we are always RHL huggers

"Lane monitors" are a good reason why I want to make this my next truck mod

I've always wanted to put a cow catcher from a train locomotive on my truck and push them out of my way

If there are two lanes, I will stay in the right lane. If thre are three or more, I usually stay in the second lane to give others access to the on and off ramps. I am not a slowpoke even when towing but it seem like you always get one AH that wants you to move over even when the third lane is wide open (passing lane). For them, I set the cruise control at 10 mph over the speed limit and slowly decrease it until they get the hint.

Fits right on the front bumper just below the tubing...easy way to push away the "road kill"

Saw a huge vinyl window decal Monday afternoon, on a small car:

I'm RETIRED, GO AROUND!

/snark

And I can't believe someone besides me has fantasies about having a cow catcher on the front of their vehicle! Been sayin' that for years and years.

PA is really bad for people staying in the left lane. The right lane is also unbearable! The right lane always has someone going 10 mph under the speed limit. There's always that one person who needs to 90 in the left lane and is weaving between the 2 making everything dangerous.

The thing I hate the most is an 18 wheeler who is barely going faster than the vehicle in the right lane. It takes them miles upon miles to get past and then they refuse to get over to the right. I drive the interstate 30 miles to work every day and it is constant. I wish they would post those signs.

Actually, to a great many of them, this is their favorite game. (No, not to all). My buddy's son was a dispatcher for large national trucking company. The stories he tells are.........jaw dropping. But this is one thing they love to do, cause they can't mess with us much any other way.

There are two issues here. Arkansas law says you MUST drive in right lane unless passing. That's the law. No cop every upholds it, ever. Second, we have the worst roads in America. The right lane is like driving in Beirut. We have more orange barrels than people. And almost 4 of them actually have someone working within 500 yards of them.

The true travesty in America is that we the People take what passes for "Road Construction", almost always done with another new tax that YOU voted on!! Nine minutes after the construction is done, which takes 5 years always, the new road is torn up again. Why? 80,000 lb trucks!!! They'll tear up any road fast and in a hurry. They shoulda had their own interstate that they use and pay for.

Buddy of mine retired as a trucker. He hammers me for my sentiments. He says they are absolutely required in America and we'd starve without them. Maybe.....but mostly IMHO they are carrying chinese made washing machines to a Walmart in Omaha and hurting American Jobs. Besides, being important doesn't allow you to drive poorly. If it did, every doctor driving to work could be Mario Andretti.

Stepping down off soapbox now!

I want people to pass me. I feel that if someone blows by, going faster than I am, they kind of take care of the police for the next five miles or so. Provides a service to me.

An old saying that is still true today. The right lane is for getting passed, the left lane is for hauling ass. Nobody should concern themselves with how fast that idiot in the left lane is going. Not your license or ticket. Yes, I have been that idiot before as have others here. I'm already speeding anyway, so if someone wants to go shake the bushes for cops for me, I'm all for it. Speed on my friend.
