Bunk beds? uh uh! That would defeat the whole purpose!

Just a rug on the floor.

I'm thinking one of those labels on our propane storage compartment would be perfect. Hey, it has 2 doors! That way tall folks can choose; head and shoulders hanging out, or legs and feet hanging out. OR BOTH!

That's AFTER they figure out how to squeeze themselves in and around the propane tanks.

Never used the sofa air bed in our V-Lite, have no plans to use the sofa air bed in the 5er, unless it's our "family of choice" camping buddy couple in TX. Almost came to that when we camped with them last time; their A/C went out (frost detector malfunction) but got it fixed. *THEY* are welcome any time in our RV, and we made dang sure they knew it at the time.

P.S. There are others who'd be welcome, no need to mention names, they know who they are.

The idea is very popular in Japan:

Capsule hotel - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"They provide an alternative for those who (especially on weeknights) may be too drunk to return home safely, or too embarrassed to face their spouses."

Yeah, been there.
